Thx man! I really dig Geoff's stuff; he's got all kinds of Hulk :vs: Swamp Thing pages up on his dA page...eventually I'd like to tackle them all just for fun!

Well, unfortunately J. Scott Campbell (High res) Inks are hard to find, so it may be a lost cause. Or maybe I'll just ink them all myself.

hey, Thanks, man! yeah, that's probably because JSC Pencils are almost impossible to find, but because I ink digitally, I am able to do it over Inked or colored pages.

I suppose the same thing could be done traditionally as well...a light box and some tracing paper..?...

Believe it or not, that's how I started inking before I could print out blue line; I'd print a pencilled page then overlay tracing paper to ink it..

really? was that pretty hard to do?

Honestly, not really, as long as the pencils were printed dark enough to see the detail through the tracing paper. The hardest part was with the tracing paper itself; as it becomes saturated with the ink, it starts to change shape so not everything lines up as you get closer to finishing.

Yeah. I guess so.
I can see how that would happen, tracing paper is quite thin.
