Description
During my studies of Chinese writing, I started looking deeper and deeper into the past. When it comes to Chinese writing, the deeper you go into the past the more the writing resembles drawings depicting the events that unfolded. Before 200 BC, the Chinese used Seal Script (also called Oracle Bone), this writing as it turns out looks very elegant. This ancient form of writing surprising flows smoothly and seems to show a deeper meaning. Sometimes it is still used today in signatures to be more official (showing an important significance).I used this ancient script in this artwork to emphasize the ancient and long lasting qualities of the martial arts.
The Top says "Martial Arts"
The Lefts side says "Body and Timing is power"
The right side says "Meditation is true wisdom"
The red square is my signature as it would be shown in ancient Chinese.

How do you know what your signature would be? I do lots of Chinese art, and want to know how to sign it, could you please help?

Go to a site like this one: [link]
Than put it in a stamp form like mine, or even research what the characters would look like in ancient Chinese than put it in a stamp form. Ends up looking cool.

What do you mean "depicting the events that unfolded"?
the oracle bones were the magic eight balls of the time. Written on them was a question but the way the event unfolded was all to often not recorded.
If your saying that there is some cache of documents on the outcomes of the oracle bones that would be quite remarkable.
Or perhaps I misunderstood?

Yes, I did not mean predicting events. What I said was just a fancy way of saying; writing what was going on at the time. Some of China's ancient history was definitely written in Seal Script.
