Your amazing, how long does it take you to do one of these short animation action scenes?

Thanks! hmm I guess it depends how complicated I make them and how many characters.
I'd say 4-5 days?

Ever considered working for Gainax? These would fit right in the FLCL animation cell breakdown book I have on my ref shelf! Really interesting to see these, great work!

Yeah, in hindsight I worded that weirdly. The book I was referring too is actually called "Groundwork of FLCL" I was just too lazy to look at the front cover when I typed the message, haha! Still, if that's not the book you have, I would absolutely recommend pick up a copy.
Hope you have had a good start to your Newyear!

hehe I recently bought that book too!
Yes! I got that one as well! I just got back from Japan and went abit crazy with the artbook buying when I was over there. Luckily I didn't go over my weight limit for my luggage!
I hope you had a good start to the new year too!

Ha, Mate tell me about it. I was in Tokyo for a couple weeks a few years ago and those book shops cleared me out! I actually got my FLCL groundoworks there too, along with every animation/art book I could fit in my bag. I went way over my weight limit and ended up taking as much as I could in a carry on bag. It must have weighed at least 50 lbs. Good times!
Now not to crack the whip or anything, but the year is already 14 days old, where's the new animations at?

Japanese bookstores are the best!!
I don't think there would be any way to get any of those books here in NZ. My preciousss!
There's the internet but they'd raise the price and i'd have to pay shipping too
Did you visit Mandarake or Kaybooks?
Man someone hold me back from buying the whole store.
hahaha! Seriously what would we do without our carryon bags.
Alright, alright, i'll do something soon XD
