My goal was to create a weapon that utilized whats called the "Rope Dart Technique" It's essentially a metal spike or a ball at the end of a rope. You can find demonstrations online. I wanted to treat WilyKat as if he was the end of a Yo-Yo. His ability would allow him to make traps with wire and have him move within the space like a yo-yo trick.

I like it. It's cooler than just the smoke bombs he used in the old show. It's also kind of similar to Tygra's whip, which combined with the similar hair cut makes him like Tygra.
