Description
So we've come to it at last. Batman and Robin. The absolute nadir of not only the Batman franchise, but widely considered one of the worst films ever made. Warner Bros spent a fortune on this film, and tried to cash in on as much merchandising as possible. Unfortunately, the movie was a campy, jokey disaster. Comic fans hated it, the public hated it, and even the stars and director all but apologized for it. The reception was so toxic that it all but killed comic book movies for three years. Batman needed a fresh start, badly. Luckily, help was on its way...

five things that are good about Batman and Robin:
1. the batmobile (no matter how good or bad a Batman film is, the car is always cool)
2. the main theme music (then again, Batman Forever had it too)
3. Poison Ivy
4. Bane's costume (especially the mask)
5. the fact that Schumacher used at least PART of the DCAU's origin story for Mr. Freeze (everything else.......just no)
five bad things about the film (at least for me)
1. Robin's costume (the films is Batman and Robin, not Batman and Nightwing)
2. Bane's personality
3. Batgirl (adding her feels rushed)
4. the film feels like it's recycling the same plot Batman Forever had
5. the fact that this film killed superhero movies until X-Men was released (then again, the 90s was kind of a dark age for comic book films)

Instead of making it awesome it just became a mess, it gear towards kids and made alot of action figures also Joel did apologise.
