Another Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles character joins the Jefimus Primeverse and It's The Good Guy Leader of the Hamato Clan and The TMNT's Sensi and father Master Splinter.  My version of Splinter is based on his original toy and appearance in the 1987 cartoon.
