EDIT: It has been pointed out to me that he looks and sounds like Black Butler's character Sebastian. I honestly didn't intend for him to be even remotely similar. I assure you that when I write him he is probably going to feel a bit different. I hope he does anyway. Thank you to @Twisted0Muse0 for being kind enough to let me know that there are a lot of similarities. Please scroll down in the comments (I don't know how to link to them T__T) to find my responses to why they aren't as similar as they may appear on first look. I am open to suggestions on what I can do to make him less Sebastian-y. x)

Backstory: Anscom started his existence as Tenebris, the Angel of Shadows and Forbidden Knowledge (Secrets). He was tricked into obtaining dark knowledge that his own nature, and a push from a third party, lead him to obsessively seek. He attacked and murdered his lover, Illuminis, tearing out her heart to form a sword of evil, Dark Legion. In his attempt to create the sword, he stalked her through many mortal lives before she finally faced him as Kage no Shi, Shadow's Death, under the control of Queen Metallia.

After his "death", his soul was thrown into the Galaxy Cauldron. At the time that Sailor White Cosmos and Sailor Illumina entered the cauldron together to defeat Chaos, Cosmos found his star seed. Seeing the truth behind his actions and feeling his intense regret and need to undo the wrongs he had committed, she asked the Cauldron to consider making him into a guardian of his plane, Tenebrae, when it restored him along with everyone else Chaos had displaced.

He found himself alive again in Tenebrae, the Archive of Shadows, and, determined to set things right, has decided to come to SMV to find his lover, Illuminis, reborn as Teruko. He will protect her with his life. But is his natural desire for knowledge and obsession with light going to cause problems...?

Personality: Cool and polite, with a dry sense of humor. Anscom can appear chivalrous - unless it's to another male, or someone who is getting between himself and Teruko. He has a very secretive nature, so the persona he presents may not be his true self.

Physical Description: Anscom is tall and wiry. Although his facial features are effeminate, he is decidedly male in energy and spirit. His eyes are a medium gray with silvery highlights.

Anscom has a tattoo of black angel wings on his back. This is actually the shadowy formation of his true wings, which he has no intention to reveal in SMV.

Henshin Item and Description: Anscom carries a single black feather from his natural Angelic form on himself at all times. Due to its nature it cannot be destroyed, creased, bent, etc. so it can be stashed anywhere, really. Usually though it's tucked into one of the many pockets on his person.
Henshin Phrase: To the Dark Archive, I pledge my Servitude - Shadows, Coalesce.
Henshin Description: The feather in his hand glows purple-black, and multiply into thousands of the same feather. They latch onto him and form his uniform - a butler's uniform, including coat tails, a server's vest, and gloves. He bows, one hand over his chest, smiling indulgently at his opponent.

Weapon and Description: Shadow Servant has no physical weapons other than himself. He is a skilled hand-to-hand fighter. He is also a highly skilled swordsman, and a sword should technically manifest when he transforms, but he rejects it. Too many bad memories...
Attack Names and Descriptions:

Shadow Whirlwind Sickles - Small bursts of air tinted with shadows form crescent-shaped blades that slice the enemy. They are formed in the air around his hands, so depending on how he angles the movement of his arm, the speed and strength change. Though they are useless and don't do anything, a pair of shadow wings formed of purplish energy appear on him when he is attacking or enraged, for intimidation purposes.

Other Information:

Tenebrae has no individual symbol, so he chose the rune Ansuz in its place and draws power from that. It is the rune of knowledge.

Anscom has a near-photographic memory, and is very good at learning your secrets. Also at keeping them.

He has only mild interest in easy to obtain knowledge.

Although his main color scheme are very dark blue and a dark teal color, his energy is purple and black.
