Hi there! I've updated my Daenerys dress tutorial and divided it into three parts:Part 1: Figuring out your measurements
Part 2: Drafting your pattern
Part 3: Sewing your final costume
F = Front
FB = Front Bodice
B = Back
1SS = 1st Side Skirt
2SS = 2nd Side Skirt
Now, I am in no way an expert seamstress; these are merely guidelines to help you with your costuming. : )
This is an explanation on how to measure and cut your initial pattern pieces.

I think I bought around 3 yards, but you could probably get away with less if you plan your cuts just right. : )
