Is he a robot? An alien? A human? I dunno what this cutie pie is, but one thing's for sure and it's that I like him a lot!
He's Chip from Pop'n Music - and he's a character with songs by seiya-murai (my fave composer >3<) which makes me automatically love him very much!

Chip's official bio describes him as a child prodigy who's able to speak 16 languages and mentions he has parents, but it doesn't mention anything about what his species is. I head canon that he's a robot considering all the color-changing features on him, his pixel powers, and that antenna...That and the fact that he kinda reminds me of Rolie Polie Olie.

Chip was definitely something fun and new to draw, I don't usually draw young boys like himself! His face was kinda hard to draw, specifically the eyes. I really hope I did Chip justice as this was the first time I drew him ever. I could not resist making him my choice for this weekend's Pop'n Music drawing challenge as the theme was characters who have birthdays in August, and his birthday just was a few days ago.

I also realized that Chip kinda reminds me of Lemon Cookie from Cookie Run as I was drawing him...I wonder if Chip has electric powers like Lemon too!
