This is my second drawing of Jigglypuff for my little sister. As you can see, Jigglypuff is singing its heart out to the moon with a city in the background.Eyes aren't perfect yet with the emotion and etc. but getting there!

cheers, that was my first drawing in three years lol. made it for my sis coz she loves jigglypuff. will take up drawing again soon, I've just been busy with exams so did captions while waiting
