The guy with the ponytail's face looks very strange/out of proportion, and could definitely use some fixing up because it's distracting me from the rest of the piece. Also I think you could make the character at the front stand out more than the characters in the back, for example by thickening the outline around her. But everything else looks fine, the composition is awesome and the colouring is lovely @.@
