This Lyra is for to use, not you.
Lyra Belongs to Hasbro.
My Little Pony belongs to Hasbro.
The basic animation used here was made by ~monkeyjay and you can find the base for it, and an extensive tutorial here: [link] (as a note, he does not do requests, please don't harass him.)
The time and effort spent to transform a generic grey mane-less pony into this lovely character is mine.

Except if you look at them side by side, you'll note this is my own take on the character, though I certainly appreciate the compliment that this is on par with the other desktop pony art.
