So, I just wanted to say that this is hilarious. If you've seen videos online, Fake Crash makes an appearance too, the dork. And as a big fan, I'm just happy I get to preorder this. Maybe some other time I'll get the Wii U version and have Crash and DK or Cortex and Bowser team up, lol

well at least Crash will have His Games Re-Mastered and will Return To Sony next year and Hopefully after The Re-Mastered Crash games Newer Crash Games To Come
Hopefully Sony and Insomniac games will work on Bringing Spyro Back with Re-Mastered Games and Newer Spyro Games To Come as well

Although Activision owns both Crash and Skylanders so if Crash's appearance makes big bucks, there would be nothing stopping them from keeping Crash in Skylanders if they wanted.

That's not the case. Guest Stars are an entirely different case; Crash and Cortex's backstory even says they'd only meet the Skylanders once every 20 years. For fowards compatibility they'll work in future games but for franchise purposes they're still separate.

Not exactly. Activision doesn't own Donkey Kong or Bowser, Nintendo does. Therefore they're "guests" in Skylanders for the Nintendo console editions.
Activision owns both Crash and Skylanders. So if they want to keep Crash in Skylanders they can. But that doesn't mean they can't have separate games for Crash too.

Interviews and articles specifically refer to Crash as a guest star. By comparison, Spyro is a Core Skylander, the same classification of most of the cast.

he at least from the leak images looks better then crash. Cortex looks as if he was ripped from the Crash Bash/Wrath of Cortex era over say "crash of the titans". he is at least a tasteful throw back. Crash on the other hand looks like they tried too hard to make all his models over the years in one characachure to make him fit into the art style of skylanders. the model of crash of the titans would have been right at home in skylanders imo.

I think it's the fur. Crash didn't have "fur" back in the PSone era (cause of hardware limitations).

true. but my issue is the model is more on the creepy side then cute like the PSone model, however still doesn't detour me from getting the remasters. just not enough to convince me to look into skylanders.
