Icon Commission for edelilah
They asked for their character with an animation that involved their ability to grow these vines/flowers. It was surprisingly simple to do in the end, I was pleasantly surprised. Hardest thing was making the character gradient look natural while keeping it pixelated. I decided to add in the leg lifting animation as it just seemed more natural and that the character was engaging the power rather than it appearing out of the ground. I'm not totally satisfied with how fox-ie it looks. Not sure what else to do to change that though.
