Description
Perhaps not the most interesting bird in the world.. but a good shot to show off how sharp the 300 is..Another old pic.

Lovely photo. Amazingly sharp on the bird (look at those feathers!!), and I love the blurry pink background. Nice composition. And yeah, while they might not be the most interesting birds in the world, I've always had a soft spot for sparrows - they're so cute! Excellent capture.

you could cut paper with this photo, that was a really good buy man, are sparrow hawks not notoriously fidgety?
How did you manage to get such a crisp clear shot with such a perfect focus?
I really love the level of fading in the background making a normally not colorful bird really pop while the colorful flowers in the back are muted by the level of focus.

My 300 is sharp... If you set it to like f/8, shoot at maximum iso and minimum shutterspeed, g-clamp the lens barrel so it doesn't wobble and mount the camera on gyroscopes so there are no vibrations possible.
*sigh*
It's a cute bird, the colours are pretty. Nice shot, great to see some more stuff from you
