the salmon texture is perfect, but I must say... the rice looks more like cottage cheese or cole slaw.

I really like it, its photorealistic. only criticism is that the rice looks hard, or fake like styrofoam or something. but its hard to get the right texture in maya, for me anyways

It's only even a little noticeable under its full resolution. The Small images look perfect! xD (stylistically I think sushi chefs use less rice than that
