Pretty pleased with how this turned out, has a cool look and the entire composition was created by myself. Could fix some things and was hard doing the smoke just free hand but has a decent enough look. The piece was inspired by Neo-Noir films and the classic looks they have. Not all Neo-Noir films are good but there are a few that are outstanding.

There's a lot of overlap with cyberpunk. But some of it just seems to be Noir in modern films. I'm researching and trying to understand what defines Neo Noir.

These are some of the best Neo-Noir films I have seen. Basically is a movie with old time themes and artistic lighting and camera shots. Really is any movie that is a suspense Detective Drama with wonderfully artistic screen shots throughout.
