I feel like I moved backwards with this project, doing the same old errors and mistakes that I shouldn't be doing anymore, and the result is the same amateur work that I've tried to move past. So instead of spending another 10 hours trying to 'fix' it, i've decided to post here in hopes that I can move on and do better work again. Wish me luck.Related content

I never got around to commenting on the wip for this, but amazing work on the piece. I love the shading and highlights on her skin, and the colour palette is amazing. The green and black blend together very well, with the odd touch of gold to help brighten it up a little.
Am I right in thinking this is your OC?

You're right this is an OC of mine. Thanks for the compliments. I still feel as though i'm not creating good work as much as I'm throwing a bunch of art-theory at the wall and seeing if anything sticks. I'm hoping soon my studies will catch up with me and I'll be able to create something unique and beautiful soon.
