I think i'm going to try make my own MLP Puppet, but the question is...when I'm done making them, how can I add my image onto the folder like the one that you did?

I already got the first part of rar file, but the second, i tried to convert from rar into zip file, but i still got an error occurred from any sites i tried to convert from rar into zip.

Why do you convert .rar to .zip on online converters? Easily way is WinRAR - decompress .rar and compress it to .zip.

Best way is create sketch of cutie mark and then vectorize it in Flash.

Also how can you set her cutie mark through her wings? I tried to do mine at flash, but i just can't seem to get it through her wings since you know that I'm still a beginner trying to make my own MLP puppet rigs.

You must place cutie mark on layer under layer where are wings. I recommend download any puppet of pegasus (or alicorn) and look on layers - layer with cutie mark is usually named Cutie Mark or similarly.
