perhaps... I've always attractec to fire escapes - long as I can remember, even before I was exposed to escher. Plus the 'labyrnth' movie with david bowie really put any thoughts of attempting to emulate his work quickly to rest - they did a great job with it in the movie... But I've also always been the kind of person that can take off from about any situation - without regards to consequence, so fire escapes I suppose were fitting. Unfortunately, I've grown out of that, and now my escapes must take a more planned path, like using the escalator, elevator, or if need be , the steps
