this is one of my favorit pics on ya site believe or not...i really like dark, out of focus, geometric atmospheric perspective building shots...{oops too many adjectives} sort of apocalyptic. it would be cool if it had some highlights when printed though

beautiful capture. i love the title too. the texture of the wall is beautiful, it looks almost like some fabric. very captivating. and so nicely spotted - and the title is perfect.

Love the way you played with shapes and light ; the sepia tone really adds to it. Beautiful details & textures, the " ghost wondows" add a rythm to the composition. Congrats, great shot !

Jeez, man. You have such a great eye for these unique concepts. I wouldn't have thought to catch/try so many of these pictures you nab.

whenever i see window-filled building walls i'm always
reminded of one of my favorite hitchcock movies,...'rear window'.
it always had a norman rockwell feel to it for me. and i've
always worshipped rockwell also.
oh well,...
i love this shot man. love all the symmetry. the different forms of
it.
it's obvious you're always looking at things as potential 'pictures',...
subtle things,...that's normally pushed aside to most people's periphery.
things that most people are hardly even conscience of.
that's not meant to be a criticism of 'most people',...everyday life's
burdens hardly lets one up for air long enough to stop and smell the coffee, so to speak.
god. i'm going on and on again.
uhm,...one other thing though,...when i look at those silhouettes of windows
being cast against those walls,...i realize that they represent 'more'. they represent
lives. families. stories.
much like hitchcock showed us in 'rear window'.
much like rockwell would paint for us so often.
you know something?
i guess that makes you jimmy stewart,...no?
geesh. lemme go. my 11 year old is pushing me towards stroke levels, ready
to go to blockbuster!
hmmm,...maybe i'll look for 'rear window'.
heh.
