octoblast manipulates energy around him,mostly ambient energy. his tentacles function as his absorbers.when he collects enough energy, he can channel it through his mouth as a destructive projectile. He can also create miniatures of himself made of energy and control it at will. Octoblast is also physically strong,as to what his size is.
