i like the Ben10 cartoon show. so i made some Ben10-inspired creatures

if he takes in too much sound energy, it will cause him to overload. Light energy will emit from all around his body and may cause destruction. Vibration must discharge the energy every once in a while.

Are the swirly things his eye's and could he control sound at all or is it just light beams and solar energy?

The swirls act as regulators. It spins around at all times. If he is fully charged, the swirls spin faster. Vibration can only produce solar energy and light beams,He can't control sound and the absorption of it. He can also create light shields.
