Looks really great....except for the color you added. It definitely takes away from the quality of your pencil works. 
The colors you added are sloppy and even misshape your original work in parts. I would try to avoid doing that until you either get a tablet and can be more precise, or you learn to use Photoshop better to the point that you don't ruin your work accidentally.

I added the color to this before I owned a Wacom pen and I agree it doesn't hold up well. I've been debating on either replacing this version with the original sketch or recoloring it. Thanks you've definitely given me some things to think about when I do so.

At first I thought she was the one from Mortal Kombat as what she wears looks kinda similar (I forget her name now), but this is really beautiful. She looks like a dangerous and mysterious character
