Finally, these two meet! My two main characters Agatha and Elliott. Don't want to say too much about them mostly because I enjoy seeing if anyone can read some of their personalities from their posture, clothes, expression, etc. But, basically, she's kind a lot like Marion from "Raiders of The Lost Arc" except she doesn't get captured nearly as much. Actually, she does a good chunk of the rescuing. But basically a tomboy, 1930s style catburglar/adventuress. He's a little more suave. An art forger who's pretty laid-back, but still an adventure-seeker when one comes nocking. Another fun tidbit is she grew up working class in Glasgow, Scotland, he's the son of an Irish-immigrant family in Kansas City, Missouri which I think is a real fun contrast.

So this is conceptual, mostly for my colorist to see Agatha in her non-catburglar costume, but (spoiler...ish) this is going to be a scene in the story as well. And as I work on the plot outlines and draw little one-offs like this it is really fun to see their reactions, personalities and relationship to each other grow. Also, as some might hopefully be able to tell, I'm going back to my artistic roots and working in the Herge' inspired Ligne Claire (Clear Line) technique. Of course, any comments welcome!
