Once the car reaches 88 miles per hour they can pierce the first wall, enter the real world, find who was said Korra and Asami couldn't kiss on screen, and then beat the crap out of him.
Bolin and Mako are tagging along because Bolin also ships Korrasami, and Mako is tagging along to get as far away from Wu as possible.
