My Pokémon team in the new(ish) SoulSilver game
I've been working on and off on this pic for... what a month? It doesn't look like a month's work... largely because it only took so long 'cause I kept forgetting about it and doing other things~
But yeah... I like SoulSilver. I had the original Pokémon Silver when I was little so it's a real nostalgia thing for me <3 also I really like having your pokémon follow you around out of battle, I thought that was a really cute addition.
My pokemon team is (from left to right):
Axel (quagsire male)
Static (ampharos female)

I like the "Ash" type team I do the same thing in my games.
If you don't get what i meant by "ash" type team this is what I meant:

Static is so cute! I love the way you add light to things. <3<3 It makes everything pop so much more than if you just used white.

coloured highlights are fun ...I don't always get them right, but I think it's worth it for when they do come out right. You know I kinda got the idea from you though, right? XD

I spent ages leveling up my meowths so they would pick them up
So the highest is level 60 XD He picks up dawn shiny and dusk stones quite regularly
All look really adorable, Interesting twist on Gengar and amphy seems to be a poke your good at drawing, I intended to draw my team a while back

lol actually she isn't togekiss quite yet, but I figured I'm so close to getting the national pokedex, if I drew Easter as a togetic it would only annoy me shortly after XD
Thanks! I'm not a huge fan of the 'wayne-cramp-meets-barney' design of gengar, but I think they can be made to look really quite awesome all the same :3
(also OMG have you seen it's original sprite artwork? [link] it was so... bleh. Lucky for me the first time I saw it was pkmn yellow, where it looked a lot better)

I'm glad you like them :3 I really enjoy drawing pokemon in this style... particularly gengar. To me, it's a pokemon that depending on how it's drawn can look really cool or really ugly D:

That's true. Not many electric type to choose from in Gold/Silver.
Gengar is badass. But like you said, it all depends on how the person draws him. You my friend, did an excellent job though. No ugly Gengars here xD
