oh beautiful! this draw meant a lot, because IΒ΄m passing through this stuff. I made my wings and thought they would give me freedom, but then I realized I have to work a little bit more on them still, because I just proved they canΒ΄t let me fly without making me hurt myself and get back to where I was...so right now IΒ΄m sitting in the floor, thinking if I should give up freedom...the spiritual evolution I must regain...of course this is metaphorical! congrats! I just loved! it meant a lot, all these ideas

I really rarely use metallics. I did them for a few of the carousel horses that I did.... but those were commissioned and so the person got the originals. The metal scans like crap. And I normally just stick with the prismacolor metallics.

Gods, I don't think that beautiful does this any justice. I just adore the emotion. If only his wings weren't broken, he could just jump off the cliff and be free, but he can't. I think you also got in a very heavy sense of isolation with how small the patch of grass is (though that may have just been a function of it sending you into spasms... ^_~).
