So, yesterday the new PC I bought arrived in the mail. I just needed to test it out! So I started painting without much idea on what I was doing.I realize it's a random concept, but I had a lot of fun (and frustration) with it. And I learned a lot--- which is always a bonus. I have found that this new computer actually allows me to paint digitally without waiting 10 seconds between brush strokes. (<-THIS IS AWESOME) ANNNND I can actually be running more than one program at a time. (DOUBLE PLUS).This allowed me to actually finish a painting without becoming fed up.
I do believe I like this computer... though Vista is a bit of a change for me. Anyways, enjoy! And feel free to comment!

I'm a sucker for fishy paintings, and the concept here rocks! The fish are great, lovely detail, and the bubbles are simply awesome - transparent things can be tricky to do well too. Love the ground, it gives warmth to the piece in a way I can't explain.

I love fish too! Especially gold fish! They're so vibrant and contrasting! If I had to be one colour... well... maybe not, but orange is definately a great wavelength. Im glad you like it, and thanks for the lovely comment!

Lol. I admit I was frustrated at times with the fish, but I think I have a love-hate relationship with almost all my art. During the process I can become very angry with the piece, but Im happy with the end result. This is actually one of my shorter paintings. I think the more I do them, the less time it takes me.
