Description
so first of all, my depressive episode ended (they usually last a few hours to a day)
so I'm back! quicker then I thought lol
i feel...okay? I'm still a bit upset over some stuff but I think it'll be fixed?

also this was comfort art lol

long ramble:

anyhow, with the drawing. it's a rollercoaster of a story
(for reference this was at 10pm to 3 am)

so it started off with me wanted to practice to draw sonic characters and what's best then start with my favourite (shadow the hedgehog)

also because I used a plush I had of him for comfort so yeah- comfort drawing was the beginning.
I begun listening to getcha by kira (Vocaloid) which gave me the idea of make shadow a sassy babe or something that's the vibe of the song (which is basically I'm too good for you and we're breaking up and I'm gonna go party)

but earlier in the night I made a joke with my magolor and shadow plush that they were like father and son (shadow squishmallow so egg shaped) (also cause magolor is smaller than shadow in plush form)
(aka a don't talk to me or my son ever again joke)

so I added magolor cause I wanted to draw the two together.

but then I realised I wanted to practice drawing spark more to his canon self, so I added him to practice.

at first it was just gonna be a silly drawing so i finished the sketch and went to bed.

this drawing actually helped me quite alot as it was all characters i find comfort in lol. it distracted me from what was bothering me as soon as I went to bed I ended lying there overthinking alot-

but in the afternoon when I started drawing again (I slept in late)
i decided to continue it and because I was bored and alone I begun talking to myself about how shadow, magolor and spark would interact. if they were friends how would they act.
shadow this mentally not okay edgy boy
magolor a manipulating liar
and spark the impulsive hot headed dumbass

i decided they'd probably have a very interesting character dynamic.

so now they're homies lol.

I also drew shadow in the official sonic crocs cause I can.

and I had to give spark clothes. because when you think male at the beach you think shirtless and wearing swim shorts.
except spark canonically doesn't wear pants or a shirt. so I had to give him pants.
