so yeah he still can just not fully as his powers have weakened with the years.
his holographic nanomachine tech isn't as strong as it used to be due to damage and time.
(which according to the spark wiki is both a source of romalo's power and how he can turn into the mech)

the mech due to romalo's weakened power is just a slight bigger more humanoid/robotic version then romalo normally is (romalo normally being 3ft5)
instead of this colossal thing that towers over spark. it's now smaller.

please do keep submitting QnA questions however I'm taking a mini break from posting them as I don't want my recent art to just be QnAs. so for the next week or so my art will be actual artworks I have projects I really wanna do/show and I know QnAs are filler but the filler episode is over and will continue next week ^^
(also some of them are getting harder to answer with my current knowledge on certain topics so my break will also consist of ridiculous research and wiki reading)
