I forfeit due to life. Life be crazy yo.

I joined this contest, because my dream is to write comics. However, I also signed up under some heavy time restrictions. This past week was finals, and I had six major exams. Then at the end of the week, when all seemed clear......I Got hired. As a graphic designer in my small texan town. A RARE JOB! I have to produce 3 ads by wednesday to secure a full time position and some seriously sexy pay. So that had to take presidence. I finally had free time today, and set about putting everything into finishing this comic.

However, I tried multitasking. Stressed out, I didn't mind the stove, and my nice new shiney bamboo steamer caught on fire. I stopped things before it got too bad, but my kitchen is a mess, and the whole house smells foul. I come back to save the comic....dejected, and photoshop crashes, losing most of my work.

If ever there was a sign from God saying, "For the love of God, take a break!" That was it. SO, I'm going to chillax. I need it, frankly.

I intend to finish my comic. But when I have time, and the not so frazzled nerves. I wasn't in this for the prizes, but to test out my skills, go for my dream, and get some serious feedback. I realized, just because I'm not in the contest, doesn't mean nebula ceases.

I'm still going to write a comic starring neb. I love the character too much, and have too many ideas.

I hope that when I do, that I can still get some proffessional critique.
