Something I've been needing to post for years, finally got around to making this.

So here's an official commission template, as for what I would charge for artwork of various expenditure. I didn't include drafts because I don't usually charge for those. The only exception there would be if the client was being exceptionally picky and I needed to redo the entire concept over and over again.
