First real up-loadable pic I've done in a long while (as of this writing)! Sorry for making my Watches wait so long, but flying really takes a lot out of your time and energy. I needed to get that behind me before I can work on art more, as it's really a very demanding pastime that orders a 100% of your attention.

I wanted to get in some Painter X practice, since the program has always given me a hard time. It still does, but that's mainly becasue it forces me to do things in reverse then I usually do. I forget that painter simulates real media more accurately then PhotoShop does, and that means I should work the lighter colors first and then the dark, becasue in painter the vast majority of paint/media brushes overlap with every stroke and instantly become darker. It's hard for me to work around that.

Anyway, I wanted to get in some practice before I work on a serious piece, and here is what has been swarming my brain lately. Don't really know what exactly it is; I'm thinking some dark bio-mechanical dracolitch creature. It's trying to look all menacing, but to me I think I ended up making it look like it's doing a bit of a jig! It's not that mean, it only wants to dance! Yeaaahhhhhhh!
