On opposite ends of the comic universe. If there was two heroes meant to drag it out it would be Supes and Thor. They both have the abilities of demi gods. Although technically Thor is a god in title.

Awesome! Two of the most powerful heroes ever fighting, and it seems Thor got Superman good.

Not at all, Thor usually holds back the majority of his power when in combat, he's got feats that place him up alongside the Hulk. I'm not saying he would win every time, of course not, but if the fight was all out with no distraction or worry about collateral damage then Thor takes the slight majority.

Thor's strenght limit is that he can lift the serpent of midgard, the weight of the earth; Superman trains, TRAINS! 5 days long with that weight and it's still not challenge, this happens in SUperman comics New52; Thor cant fly without the hammer; Superman can fly whenever he wants; Thor doesnt have superspeed; Superman does; Thor doesnt have long range attacks without the hammer; Superman has the heat vision; Thor gets tired, Superman recharges with the sun.
- Superman never uses his true force against anyone because he doesnt Kill.
- Superman doesnt lose his powers if he's away from the sun; he accumulates energy (That's why he's still strong in other planets, by example Warworld, Apokolips, etc);
- The only being that wasted all of Superman's energy was Doomsday (Thor is not even close to that kind of power).
- He only loses his powers in the presence of red sun radiation, that kind of radiation blocks Superman's ability to use yellow sun energy, but only as long as he is irradiated by red sun; if he gets away from it, he recovers his power; because it`s accumulated in his body.
- Superman is not weak to magic, he's vulnerable to it; even so, he has fought Shazam or even worst, Black Adam; If Thor is a "god"; Superman has fought and won against those two; what powers do they have? well:
S - For the wisdom of Solomon; H - for the strength of Hercules; A - for the stamina of Atlas; Z - for the power of Zeus (which enhances all Captain Marvel's other physical abilities and allows for interdimensional travel); A - for the courage of Achilles (which would include invulnerability from ancient mythology); M - for the speed of Mercury (and, by extension, the power to fly)
The powers of two demigods, 2 gods (including Zeus, the greek conterpart of Odin himself) and even powers of a freaking Titan; Black Adam has this same powers, they use Magic, and even so, Superman has won against them...
Superman wins my friend...

If you'd ever read a detailed explanation of Thor's powers and abilities or been on one of those respect threads which show characters feats throughout their history you'd be in no doubt whatsoever that Thor is easily a match for Superman.
Thor has strength feats up there alongside Superman, his strength is immeasurable the force of which have destroyed planets during combat. His stamina and durability are equally impressive, he fought a battle against an army of frost giants for nine months straight and can fly through then heart of stars without damage. Unlike Superman he doesn't need to breath and can survive in the vacuum of space for as long as he wants. He's been able to strike Gods of speed and has been clocked at three times the speed of light when flying in space. His senses enable him to detect objects at the edge of the solar system and track objects travelling at light speed. Thor summon and control storms and lightning powerful enough to destroy planets even without Mjolnir.
As well as being a God of strength, Storms, Thunder etc he is also a God of war, he's one of the greatest warriors that has ever lived, a genius tactician and has well over a millennium of continued combat experience.
Thor can fly without his hammer, he uses his weather control in a similar manner to Storm to fly and has been seen hovering in the air without spinning the hammer.
Thor is the son of an Elder God (Gaea) and has massive innate power levels to draw upon that he rarely uses.
Mjolnir enables him to transport himself anywhere in the universe or to other dimensions at an instant by opening portals. It can detect and track energy signatures over interstellar distances and deflect, absorb and channel magic and energy levels at least the equivalent to a large star controlling all aspects of said energy (Electricity, magnetism, gravity etc) Thor has used the hammer to created energy barriers powerful enough to withstand the most powerful nuclear weapon attacks and energy attacks powerful enough to destroy planets. He can manipulate matter on a molecular level, control cosmic levels of energy, become invisible and intangible and absorb the life-force of others.
Superman could win yes of course, but Thor takes the majority.

I wont talk about the weird comic habilities Superman has had in certain arcs (like the time he annihilates an army of doomsdays with only his heat vision) because I prefer to take the characters as they were meant to be, much writters come later and add too many things that make something new and sometimes feel ridiculous at the same time; in the end, Thor is one of my favorite Marvel characters, incredibly powerfull and badass (I like the original design better) but I just don't think he could defeat SUperman; it would be a titanic fight I wont deny, but, I think Superman would win in any case, this was fun; take care...
