Forsaken.About 2.5 hours in photoshop 5. Reference used for the anatomy, but painted freehand. I hate it when people think photo reference means traced or manipulated.

a fallen angel.
soaring down.
passing the gates of heaven.
pass the cloads.
down and down he falls.
untill there is no more.
and no he lays and cry's silent tears.
they fall from his eyes.
he is bleeding.
the wings he bears on his scared back...are falling.
his once holy spirit is tainted by sin.
how could this happen.
how could his love betray him.
the one he trusted.
sent him to earth.
he is banished.
and the heavenly father cry's.
because this angel was his son.
his one son was cast down.
and now it begins to rain.
tears...blood...rain.
the sun will not come.
not for a long time.
for god is crying.
and so is the world.
i wrote this poem a while ago and thought this pic resembled the poem.i always thought jesus could love. i don't belive in the bible. i have my own beliefs and this is one of the. i hope u like it. i love the pic it is absolutely gorgeous.
