Description
The hype from that gorgeous Sonic Mania trailer by tysonhesse was a slow burn but it finally got to me and I just had to have a crack at drawing something in his adorable Sonic style from said trailer and the Sonic Mega Drive comics. Since I've been playing a bit of Sonic CD like, every day for the past couple of months I figured I'd do a little something in tribute to that.There were so many little things outside of my comfort zone here but it was super fun to draw.

Well jez I've been having a lot of trouble lately (the sonic fandom can be quite rabid)and felt like talking to a fellow fan. I do love the couple and understand that it's not perfect and not everyone has to like it, but do you ever feel like when it comes to the haters of the pairing or even Amy herself that maybe they are too harsh on it?

I don't particularly notice anything like that myself, so I think we engage in different corners of the fanbase, presumebly the people who are like this are just not very mature, and generally speaking, as far as I'm aware, I tend to mostly engage with adult fans like myself. The extent of my Sonamy fandom is drawing and reblogging/retweeting the occasional fanart of it, which I usually only see positive responses to.

I see. I just wish people weren't so hard on Amy it's like people seem to forget that there is more to her than being a fan girl. Trust me I've been to some dark places in the fandom that I wish didn't exist.
