Inspired byA touch screen interface for something like a Central Air thermostat. It was a personal project and I really enjoyed creating this type of interface!

Nice work!
My only concern is about labels - you need to make them more noticeable.
It's value which is more important - rather then buttons itself. Besides - imagine how it will look when there are reflections over your image. You can still clearly read the values next to sliders?
Also - you can desaturate "inactive" buttons in the bottom - this way you will clearly show which one is active at the moment.
