aha, i see.
it's a nice character, and your pencilworks are always good and detailed. the shading is very nicely done and i like the clothing fabrics that are torn-off in the womans(?) clothes.
also her face looks eerie and the destroyed umbrella adds to the creepiness/acid rain message.
also, i have to ask: why the strpied stockings?
it makes a nice contrast to the dark, damaged black clothes.
(since they are intact, and usually associated with pretty stuff)

Thanks again. I wouldn't call this good or detailed but the rough pencil work's expressive. I'm tempted to take this further. The big challenge will be keeping the raw and ragged look which can be hard to pull off digitally.
I thought lighter eyes, arms and stockings would stand out in a darker piece (this will be more obvious if I post a photoshopped version). Striped stockings can look very nice and they add a bit of character!

indeed, the pencil work IS very expressive, and quite creepy, which is always a nice thing.
i personaly find pencil works to be sometimes more scary than ''digital'', more detailed artworks.
(however, in your artwork, both mediums work: your penciled drawings AND your digital works are both equally scary; thats a hard thing to achieve.)
oh, last but not least; i saw your acid-rain digital drawing! good work man!
also:
i think that you should also draw the 7 deadly sins in a drawing. you would do an amazing work in that as well!

With that mind of yours, I'm surprised you ever sleep. I mean, seriously, you must have nightmares every time you close your eyes. And galapogosian is right: It would be great if you uploaded more sketches on here as well as your finished work.

I either don't have many dreams or don't often remember them. The ones I do remember tend to be more weird than frightening. They've still directly influenced some of my pictures and backstories - Consulting the Oracle and The Torus of Dementia draw on one very memorable dream I had many years ago.
I've uploaded some rough sketches before but they've never been this popular! I'll definitely post more from now on.

I've always liked working traditionally. Pencil's got a really raw, expressive quality that Photoshop can't replicate.
I'm still tempted to do more with this pic and might post a digital version soon.

I like to think she sits in old graveyards in the dead of night. Most people who see her run in terror, but those few who ask her who's grave she's sitting on are invariably told that it's theirs. They die soon afterwards, sometimes having told others of their encounter, leading to the propagation of the myth of the Graveyard Girl.
