Description

These small lagomorphic creatures first appeared on Siphesia, a prehistoric continent that lacked large terrestrial carnivores. Fifteen million years ago Siphesia joined Meiropa and formed the supercontinent of Lomperty. Large Meiropan predators drove most polyglompids to extinction, but one species survived by carrying baskets filled with chocolate eggs which they dropped whenever they felt threatened. Some theorise all modern furries, which are generally not noted for their hunting abilities, are descended from creatures adapted to eating polyglomp eggs.
