Beautiful painting, although I'd just like to point out that the second book is also called Catching Fire, not The Hunger Games 2.Β

There is something wrong with the head and I think it has something to do with the shading but I can't quite put my finger on it.
I think it might have something to do with shading on both sides of the head but I can't say for sure...

Thanks for your lovely comment I've had a closer look at what you said about the face and taken the light away from her right side by her ear and hopefully it might look more right

Woohoo, there it is! And it's just as amazing as I thought it would be! Her expression is very well done. However, I do have critique:
I think the textures ruin the realistic look of the picture. For example, her shoulder. But I don't have an idea how to do it better.
Also, things like the bow or the clothes don't look as realistic as the skin does, which makes a weird photo-drawing-collage-effect. You know, like you had cut out a hand Β from a photo and drew the bow on it. (The wound on her right arm looks weird because of this, too.)
Lastly, the background. It's a bit too simple and unrealistic for a realistic painting. Just a dark background would possibly have been better than this plant-like brush.
Still, your realistic style never ceases to amaze me. The pose is very good and her face is perfect. Don't think I hate your picture or something like that

That is a wonderful comment Robin. I have taken on board what you said and I have removed the ripped bits off her arm and the dirt texture also. I have put more shadows where they would fall around the bow so to try to 'bond' it togethera bit more and soften the leaves as to bring her out more. Painting this picture is slightly harder as there are no reference picture for that shot but I always want to push myself and it's thanks to people like yourself that help me improve but I'm glad you like the painting and hope that it didn't disappoint you too much from the WIP I'd put up earlier
