Nebula Splash tutorial

Some people had asked for this it's really not that difficult, at least, not on the way I do it

Please forgive me for my writing mistakes XD and I hope it's clear enough.
I am so used to do this, that I maybe forgot a detail (or 2 ...)

Sorry for not showing any setting screens it's simply a personal choice on how you want to draw it
the setting is not 'set in stone' and also for me, it changes each time, depending on the color layer and the cloud layer (since those clouds appear at random place XD)

I maybe do an eye tutorial later to.
