Would be even earlier but I was playing surf on CS 1.6 with my friend. I enjoyed it. A lot.Hope you find this tutorial useful! If you do, don't forget to send me pictures you made! ^^

NOTE: This tutorial was made in Photoshop CC, targeting Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI users. It's not guaranteed it will work with other programs (GIMP, Krita,....etc).
