Description Wow, long time since I uploaded anything. Anyway, thought I'd start of with a bang this time around.
I've finished playing Assassin's Creed 2 during winter break, and it is implied in the game that the assassins have had a role in shaping world history. With that in mind, I began wondering what other time periods and countries may have been influenced by the assassins besides the Crusades and the Italian Renaissance. Here's my answer:

"Generally speaking, the Way of the warrior is resolute acceptance of death."
-Miyamoto Musashi

"Sengoku, it was a time of war, death, and power. Feudal warlords all over Japan fought amongst each other for control of the land and among them was a man who's desire was far greater than the rest. Oda Nobunaga, the Demon King of Owari sought to control everything. Through conquest and brutality, Nobunaga would let nothing get in his way from seizing Tenka. And among the casualties, was a girl named Tsubame. Tsubame's home was near Nagashino in Mikawa province. During the Battle of Nagashino between Nobunaga and Takeda, both her parents were killed by Nobunaga's forces. She was alone on the war-torn streets, in shadow, in darkness. But from that darkness sprang light. A woman that I call Mochizuki Sensei took her into her home in Nazu and taught her the killing arts. Each man that she was forced to slay, each beating heart into which she drove a dagger, each soul that fell to her blade slowly and silently killed the girl named Tsubame, until all that was left was a vicious bird of prey driven by the hunger for vengeance. I am Hayabusa, and I am an assassin."

The rest, is history...

Oh my god I was planning to make an Assassin that lives in Sengoku era Japan. <33

And it's so cool she's a kunoichi too! ( I assume she's a ninja, mainly because Samurais are more likely to be associated with Templars while assassins = ninjas )

yissss

Good Background story and the uniform is still retains both the japanese ninja style and still reminds you of the original assassin robe.

P.S. I know what the "ten" symbol is but what does ka mean?

Thanks
Literally, "ka" means "beneath" or "under." The whole phrase "tenka" is the Japanese version of the Chinese phrase "tian xia" which means "everything under heaven" i.e. the whole world [link]
I thought this would be fitting for the story/setting of this particular Assassin, since she's dealing with Oda Nobunaga who's goal in life was to "seize tenka" i.e. unify Japan under 1 ruler and he would often use the phrase "Tenka Fubu" or "spread my military under heaven" as his personal seal.

That's how I recognized the symbol on the left tian or heaven. I just wasn't sure since a translator gave me the definition "Descent of Heaven" don't you love technology. Wow it's written the same in 4 different languages .

Sounds like the right kind of power hungry/self-rightous villain as well. But then again that was how many of the daimyo were anyway.
