It’s probably just your imagination, but somehow, the tiny, tightly shut lids and the pursed lips remind you incredibly of her mother.It takes Anzu a moment to notice you, she’s too wrapped up in the little dance she’s doing that apparently just put Rory to sleep. Finally, she turns in one of the swaying motions she makes, and spots you and your dopey, sleepy grin."

Nvmind that all she does so far is sleep and be cute.
Anyways, I really like the effect you created with the lineart-background and colored-in carpet/figures, really focuses the gaze on Anzu and Rory, which I guess is what Katsuya is doing here, so great choice!
Now that I see it on the bigger screen, whatever the thing behind the additional outlines (of Anzu looking up) is, makes that part of the picture a wee bit confusing - there's just so many overlapping lines going on, and it's hard to tell what the thing in the background originally was. I still think it's good you kept the outlines, though, her expression is really cute!

The thing is my watermark (that I've been using for roughly a year now, just to be sure), and behind that is one corner of her desk (which I added when I wasn't sure whether to keep the additional outlines, so it all kind ended up in the picture together
