Technically, it's still cliche, just it isn't in a way that you would know.  I grew up with plenty of these types, but they were uglier, and nastier, and actually couldn't fight for shit.  They simply stirred up more trouble than they could handle

Well, I meant in the context of fighting game boxer characters. but if I managed to strike upon some cultural touchstones or anything that's fine by me. If people find my designs and characters relatable, I consider that a great compliment.
