Description
Anton Veeblefitzer, inspired by the Luft '46 website, and with a gun held to his head, came up with this contribution to that awful "lost cause" "thing" of-a-nation there, in central Europe, during the last century, and you know what I mean.Anyway..., it was a tiny, all wood constructed, solid fuel rocket propelled interceptor, designed to shoot down invading multi-engine enemy bombers.
Dropped from a carrier aircraft (A), the pilot ignited the rocket motor (B), and sped off to attack the enemy and launch his three rocket/mortars bombs (C) with the intent of knocking down an enemy aircraft.
To escape a certain death, (Hah!) the pilot then ignited explosive bolts, which separated the aft section of the craft, and the pilot fell free (D) and settled to Earth, to pilot a new craft...yeah, sure.
Anyway, this thing never left the drawing board, as the leader of this pathetic empire shot himself, and everything went to hell-in-a-hand basket, anyway, and the designer spent more time in an opium den and couldn't think straight after all that, and so much for revisionist, parallel universe history, and you should go read a book, or something.

just like a parasite aircraft or escape pod to prevent from aircraft crashing.

Oh! Here's a thought! Have the little, round wings mounted on a 'hinge' so that they rotate!
That way, you can 'stow' the little craft with the wings 'folded'(Rotated) in line with the fuselage.
Then, when the craft is dropped, they rotate 'Out' into flight mode and away the little attacker goes!
Um.. assuing the construction standards are up t snuff and the wings turn and the machine other-wise doesn't plummet...
Um, yeah....

Goodey goodey! I love me some alternate-history madness Great design, this is exactly the kind of madness I'd expect from an awful "lost cause" "thing" of-a-nation! Too bad about their leadership...
Beautiful design though... yet again, I almost think it could actually work!

Thanks.
I read some where, that to avoid conscription and being sent to the Russian Front, the German aircraft designers came up with tons of crazy designs, in order to make it look like that they were more valuable, at their drawing boards, rather than hefting a panzerfaust around, etc. .
Best, Jimbo
