Description
Here was the next attempt at giving Chelsea a redesign. This time, I sort of kept her original look, giving her "gloves and shoes", as well as the same original hairstyle. Her arms and legs are brighter, as well as her head, which still has the white dot freckles.

This also served as good practice to redraw the wings and their iconic patterns, or as I refer to them as her "Monarch Marks".

Think this design is better in comparison to the first try?

UPDATE: I reduced the size of her snout. There was no reason for it to be super long. Gives her a more round, smooth, adorable face.
