"Sometimes crowds back on earth can get out of control, especially after a heated Grifball tournament. Deployed when regular officers are overwhelmed, the Riot Control Spartan utilizes non-lethal weaponry such as stun rounds, flash-bang grenades, and his jolt stick to keep peace in the civil sectors. Padded with high-impact resistant armor the Riot Control Spartan is an asset to any police force."The Riot Control Spartan was made from a CQB McFarlane Halo 3 figure, armor parts from various GI Joe, Microman, Neo Shifters, Gundam, and Transformers parts. The arm shield is a Real Gear 'Top Score' arm.

good idea just one thing bugging me..........the sheild looks puny adn out of place i mean if you are going to have a riot sheild have somthign that oyu can cover your whole body with.
