I kind of figured this out by accident once reading another tutorial on a completely different topic. Sort of big, so sorry about that but screenshots can only be scaled down so far and have you still be able to see them.Hopefully this helps people cut down on coloring time like it did for me.
Tutorial itself done in Paint.NET but other schtuff in Photoshop CS3
